I have a 7" single with a similiar cover and two songs "Fancy Dancer"/"Y Wood U Call It Rock". It's such an anomaly, I had no idea from where it originated or when (my guess was late 70's), and I would never have imagined that there might actually be more of it. So to see it posted here was incredible.
