This is even more deliciously funky and bouncy than "Obaa Sima" by Ata Kak. Though both tracks sound incredibly similar in their vocal & rhythm arrangement, this track is more fatter (or should that be 'phatter' given we are talking late eighties here)and definately has the edge. The video itself is just wonderful, I love the fact that a western video would have perfectly formed, toned & classically trained dancers while the Ghanaian approach is all shapes, sizes and abilities getting down in a glorious celebration of life....I know what I prefer...bom bom bom bodoma bom...its the future.
